Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in acute/critical care settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital protocols

Qualifications
- Valid international nursing license (BSN preferred)
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam within 6 months of hire
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0/TOEFL 100+)
- 2+ years clinical experience outside the US
- Successful visa screening and credential verification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends
- Pass background/drug screening
