Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across multiple departments during training rotations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document clinical observations using EMR systems according to hospital protocols
- Participate in simulation labs and skills workshops to master clinical competencies
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and JCAHO standards throughout training and practice
- Complete NCLEX preparation modules and pass licensing examination
- Attend weekly training sessions covering critical care, emergency protocols, and patient safety
Qualifications
- BSN degree or international equivalent (verified by CES evaluation)
- Active nursing license in home country with minimum 2 years clinical experience
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100+)
- Eligible for US work visa (we sponsor H-1B and TN visas)
- Pass background check and health screening
- CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Commitment to 24-month employment post-licensure
