Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under RN supervision
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Document patient records accurately and timely
- Participate in interdisciplinary care team meetings
- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards
- Complete required clinical training modules
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN/BSN)
- Eligible for MN nursing license (or willing to obtain)
- Must qualify for visa sponsorship (J-1/H1B eligible)
- No prior clinical experience required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to pass background check
