Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU settings
- Administer medications, treatments, and life-saving interventions
- Monitor and interpret patient data using advanced monitoring systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care plans
- Provide patient and family education on complex medical conditions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- Current Florida RN license or ability to obtain immediately
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience (new graduates with ICU externship considered)
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong clinical skills in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
- Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
- Eligible for visa sponsorship (J-1, H-1B, or other applicable visas)
