Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced critical care to patients in the ICU setting
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and diagnostic data
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams

Qualifications
- BSN degree (MSN preferred)
- Active RN license in Massachusetts or compact state
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- English proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL if applicable)
- Visa eligibility for US employment
- Critical care nursing certification (CCRN)
