Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse clinical settings with adaptability to flexible shifts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans

- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the United States or eligibility for licensure via compact state
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred for advanced roles)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (ACLS required within 30 days of hire)
- Eligible for TN-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship with clear immigration pathway
- Strong proficiency in electronic health record systems (EPIC experience preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills and cultural competence
