Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with clinical protocols and established standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with precision and compassion
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous learning culture
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California or eligibility to obtain
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling (weekends, nights, holidays)
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
