Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating) to ensure their comfort and hygiene.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans.
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Support emergency procedures and assist in transporting patients when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Nursing Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid RN, LPN, or CNA license in the home state or willingness to obtain licensure in Arizona.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) required for visa processing.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- No prior experience necessary; we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
