Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including patient check-in/out and appointment scheduling
- Answer multi-line phone system with professionalism and triage calls appropriately
- Process insurance verification and maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
- Manage office supplies inventory and equipment maintenance
- Handle confidential information with HIPAA compliance
- Resolve patient inquiries with empathy and efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or administrative role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
