Responsibilities
- Architect quantum communication networks with 99.99% fidelity across distributed systems
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processors operating at 100+ qubit coherence
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical interfaces for enterprise integration
- Lead security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption standards
- Optimize quantum algorithms for machine learning and computational chemistry
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate photonic and superconducting technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum systems architecture or HPC infrastructure
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Expertise in cryogenic systems and microwave engineering
- Security clearance for government quantum initiatives preferred
- Experience with cloud-native quantum platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
