Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-classical hybrid architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum computing protocols and error-correction frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-secure communication systems
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world industry use cases in finance and logistics
- Establish quantum system performance benchmarks and monitoring protocols
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen quantum processors and interfaces
- Document system architectures and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA) and error correction codes
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation tools
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Published research in quantum information science or related fields
- Experience with superconducting and photonic quantum computing platforms
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain DoD-level clearance
- Track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment
