Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit stability
- Develop cryogenic cooling systems for quantum processors operating at 10mK
- Implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant operations
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing interfaces
- Lead integration of quantum networks with existing 5G/6G infrastructure
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world industrial applications
- Ensure compliance with NIST quantum security standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and decoherence mitigation
- Proficiency with cryogenic engineering and ultra-low-temperature systems
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum error correction
- Familiarity with NIST quantum cryptography standards
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Ability to work in ISO Class 5 cleanroom environments
