- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate cryogenic control systems and photonic interconnects

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Proven track record in designing fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
