Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on quantum computing experience with IBM/Google systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance protocols
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent venues
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Strong background in machine learning and classical computing
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business applications
- Active DOE/NIST quantum research clearance preferred
