Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (post-doc preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Qiskit/IBM Quantum Experience
- Published work in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum libraries
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era hardware limitations
