Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and simulation challenges
- Develop novel quantum error correction protocols for scalable systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid architectures
- Lead open-source quantum software initiatives in Python and Q#
- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum circuit design and simulation tools
- Demonstrated expertise in linear algebra and complex analysis
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
