Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead error-correction protocol development to achieve fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuits for next-generation processors
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier quantum computing journals and conferences
- Develop quantum simulation frameworks for classical-quantum hybrid workflows

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing specialization
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and decoherence mitigation techniques
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures and parallel processing
