Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead experimental research on quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to develop quantum-classical hybrid architectures
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through our internal quantum computing incubator

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics
