Responsibilities
- Lead development of quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit performance
- Author peer-reviewed publications in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates
- Secure $10M+ in government/industry research grants
- Present breakthroughs at Davos, Web Summit, and IEEE conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing experience with IBM/Qiskit or Google Cirq
- Published research in top-tier journals on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and NISQ-era optimization
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit simulation tools
- Security clearance eligibility (Top Secret preferred)
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
