Your Mission

Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for practical industrial applications
- Lead experimental validation on 100+ qubit quantum processors
- Author breakthrough publications in Nature/Science journals
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Secure $5M+ in federal research grants
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information theory
- Drive patent development for quantum IP portfolio
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum gate models
- Publication record in top-tier quantum research venues
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
- Experience with superconducting or photonic qubit systems
- Track record of translating theory to experimental results
- Strong background in linear algebra and probability theory
