Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications in cryptography, optimization, and machine learning
- Develop error correction protocols to enhance quantum computer stability and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical computing systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and artificial intelligence
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at industry conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum information theory
- Strong background in machine learning and artificial intelligence frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Expertise in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative research settings
