Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Conduct advanced research on quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype quantum solutions using IBM Q and Rigetti systems
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum circuit optimization
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and computational complexity
- Publication record in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, D-Wave, IonQ)
