Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and hybrid classical-quantum computing
- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing platforms (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Publication record in quantum information science or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong programming skills (Python, C++, Q#) and mathematical foundations
