Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proven track record securing $1M+ in research grants
- Expertise in topological quantum computing and fault-tolerant systems
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience leading international quantum research teams
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and 2026 quantum roadmap
- Strong knowledge of quantum cloud platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, etc.)
