Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems

- Mentor PhD-level researchers and publish 3+ high-impact papers/year

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published record in Nature/Science or equivalent journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction techniques
- Experience managing research teams with $1M+ budgets
