Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary research teams in developing quantum algorithms and error correction protocols
- Design and execute experimental quantum computing systems using superconducting qubits
- Collaborate with AI teams to hybridize quantum-classical machine learning architectures
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and present at global conferences
- Secure and manage multi-million dollar research grants from government and industry partners

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent high-impact journals
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum simulation frameworks
- Proven track record of securing research funding ($1M+)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
