Responsibilities

- Publish findings in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and manage quantum computing interns

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or trapped-ion platforms
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Strong background in linear algebra and probability theory
- Expertise in Python/C++ with high-performance computing experience
- Demonstrated ability to secure competitive research funding
