Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead quantum security architecture for next-gen blockchain networks
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system integration
- Author peer-reviewed publications in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor quantum engineering fellows through our partnership with UT Austin
- Drive quantum cloud service roadmap for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (minimum 3 papers)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Proficiency in quantum circuit optimization and compilation
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or quantum annealing
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks (e.g., PennyLane)
- Security clearance eligibility (funded by our government partnerships)
