Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning challenges
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Lead research initiatives for fault-tolerant quantum computing implementations
- Mentor junior engineers on quantum programming paradigms
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- 5+ years experience with quantum algorithm development
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact research
- Experience with quantum error correction techniques
- Ability to secure DoD/NASA clearance preferred
