Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and architectures for 2026-era computational challenges
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and topological quantum computing
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent quantum publications
- Mastery of quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience securing federal grants for quantum research
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ limitations
