Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial and research applications
- Develop error correction protocols and quantum algorithms for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Create implementation roadmaps for quantum-classical hybrid computing environments
- Lead quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography transitions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum principles and implementation best practices
- Publish research in leading quantum computing journals and conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
