Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop quantum algorithms optimized for NISQ-era hardware limitations
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography transitions
- Drive research in quantum error correction and coherence optimization
- Create roadmaps for quantum adoption in finance, logistics, and biotech sectors
- Mentor quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or algorithm design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in classical-quantum hybrid system integration
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware limitations (superconducting, ion trap)
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
