Responsibilities

- Partner with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical supercomputing
- Drive quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography systems
- Lead patent development for quantum computing innovations

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals or top-tier conferences
- Mastery of quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy and NISQ-era limitations
- Experience with quantum annealing and gate-based quantum systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
