Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise and research applications
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization and machine learning
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams on qubit integration and error correction
- Develop quantum-resistant cybersecurity frameworks for 2026 infrastructure
- Present quantum solutions to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through our Future Leaders program
- Drive quantum computing standards through industry consortium participation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong background in complex system architecture and integration
- Ability to communicate quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
