Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits and error-correction protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead integration of quantum systems with cloud platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Collaborate with researchers to optimize qubit coherence times
- Create architectural blueprints for quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Present breakthroughs at international quantum computing conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Information Theory
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction (surface, surface-17)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Certification in IBM Quantum or AWS Quantum Technologies
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or trapped-ion platforms
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
