Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures targeting fault-tolerant operations by 2026
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum circuit optimization and error mitigation strategies
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Drive R&D in topological qubit implementations and quantum memory systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum processor integration and calibration
- Publish peer-reviewed research and secure patents in quantum computing
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware architecture
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of optimizing quantum circuits for real-world applications
