Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-classical hybrid architectures for enterprise-scale solutions
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Create quantum algorithms optimized for real-world business applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (photonic, superconducting, topological)
- Develop performance benchmarks and optimization strategies for quantum circuits
- Collaborate with clients to translate complex quantum requirements into scalable architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum system design or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Published research in quantum computing or related field preferred
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
