Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Develop quantum algorithms that outperform classical systems by 1000x
- Lead prototyping of quantum error correction codes on superconducting processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit connectivity and coherence times
- Create quantum cloud service blueprints for enterprise clients
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real quantum processors
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in superconducting or trapped-ion qubit systems
