Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization problems
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing stacks
- Develop fault-tolerant architectures targeting 2026 commercial deployment
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence optimization
- Establish quantum security protocols for enterprise clients
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Physics/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion qubit systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
- Security clearance preferred (or ability to obtain)
