Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead integration of quantum processors with classical HPC infrastructure
- Establish quantum error mitigation protocols for fault-tolerant operations
- Create roadmaps for quantum advantage implementation in finance, logistics, and AI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate quantum capabilities into product features
- Stay ahead of emerging quantum technologies through continuous research and innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, trapped ions, photonic)
