Responsibilities
- Design quantum circuit architectures for enterprise-scale quantum processors
- Develop error-correction protocols targeting 99.9% fidelity thresholds
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Validate quantum algorithms against real-world optimization problems
- Document quantum system specifications and integration blueprints
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum supremacy benchmarks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Proven experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant designs
- Published research in quantum computing or equivalent industry impact
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering or quantum hardware integration
- Experience leading technical projects with $1M+ budgets
- Certification in quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
