Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum circuit designs for 1000+ qubit systems
- Develop error correction protocols achieving 99.9% fidelity
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control systems
- Optimize quantum algorithms for pharmaceutical discovery pipelines
- Drive IP development for quantum-resistant encryption standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years quantum algorithm development with Qiskit/Cirq
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Proficiency in tensor network simulations (QuTiP/TeNPy)
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures
- Expertise in differential geometry for quantum state manifolds
