Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum architectures using superconducting qubits
- Develop error correction protocols for 100+ qubit systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization
- Establish quantum security frameworks for enterprise applications
- Conduct performance benchmarking against classical supercomputers
- Author white papers on quantum advantage in logistics and AI
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through our 2026 Roadmap Initiative
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and simulation
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Q, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical models into practical implementations
