Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Architect quantum error correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum processor integration
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptography systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and industry partners
- Drive open-source quantum software initiatives and contribute to quantum standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm development (QAOA, VQE, Shor's algorithm)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction techniques
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures and parallel processing
- Strong background in machine learning and classical optimization methods
