Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum circuits with 100+ qubit fidelity
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-resistant security protocols
- Optimize quantum error correction for real-world industrial deployment
- Research breakthroughs in topological quantum computing
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming languages
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building quantum systems with error rates < 0.1%
- Expertise in Q#, Qiskit, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Proficiency in superconducting qubit manipulation
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST IR 8105)
