Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting and photonic qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead fault-tolerance optimization for 1000+ qubit systems
- Create security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum circuit design principles
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum machine learning frameworks
- Present breakthrough research at international quantum symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ in quantum research grants
