Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 10,000+ qubit capabilities
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for real-world industrial applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams on superconducting and photonic qubit integration
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Drive quantum software development frameworks and SDKs
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum computing symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years experience in quantum computing or advanced algorithm design
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion)
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks
