Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with >1000 qubit capacity
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for 99.9% fidelity
- Collaborate with hardware teams on superconducting qubit integration
- Create quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum-cloud hybrid systems
- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually
- Secure $5M+ in quantum computing grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years building quantum systems with >50 qubits
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and microwave control systems
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Strong background in quantum machine learning frameworks
- Track record of securing government or corporate R&D funding
