As a cornerstone of our Quantum Innovation Division, you'll lead the development of fault-tolerant quantum processors and hybrid quantum-classical frameworks. Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum processor architectures with 1000+ qubit capacity
- Develop error correction protocols achieving 99.9% qubit fidelity
- Create hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Define quantum security frameworks for post-2026 digital infrastructure
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum algorithm innovation
- Document architecture blueprints and publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or superconducting systems
