Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure including cloud solutions (AWS/Azure) and network security systems
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex hardware/software issues and system integrations
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments, threat remediation, and compliance audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable IT solutions and optimize system performance
- Document IT processes, create disaster recovery plans, and ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA/GDPR)
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technology training sessions for organization-wide adoption
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience with expertise in network administration and cybersecurity
- Proven proficiency with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), cloud platforms, and scripting languages (Python/PowerShell)
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, and enterprise-level security protocols
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, CCNA, CISSP, or equivalent) required
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure
